Keeping Your Information Safe

At Hyppo, we take user privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our platform, how we use it, and how you control it.

Information We Collect

We collect information to provide and improve the Hyppo experience. This may include:

• Account Details: Name, email (if you create an account)
• Usage Data: How you interact with the platform (features used, pages visited)
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, IP address (helps personalize your experience)

Some things to note:

• We use n8n as a platform provider. See their privacy policy for details on their data practices.
• We use Uchat as a platform provider. See their privacy policy for details on their data practices.
• We use customer.io platform provider. See their privacy policy for details on their data practices.
• We use Google Cloud Platform with all the data allocated in US. See their privacy policy for details on their data practices.

Google account permissions

• We don’t store any information from Google Sign-in (name, email, etc.).
• We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Limited Use requirements.

• Hyppo may require certain Google permissions (aka scopes) in order to perform actions on the User’s Google account and obtain data, such as Personal Data. Also we require permissions to Google Storage, bigquery, datastore compute engines, storage, monitoring so that you can perform a complete data flow to store, delete and modify data on your Google Cloud Platform account.
• Hyppo is able to link with the User’s Google account, which is provided by Google, via this service.
• Hyppo is using two apps for this service. One is called “UChat” and an unbranded version used for our partners is named “GoChat”
• The following are the required permissions (scopes):
  • userinfo.email
    • View your email address
  • userinfo.profile
    • See your personal info, including any personal info you’ve made publicly available
  • cloud storage and bigquery admin permission
    • view your data in Cloud Bigtable
    • view the email address for your Google Account
    • see and potentially change your Google Cloud data including:
      • your BigQuery tables, datasets and jobs
      • your Compute Engine instances
      • your instances in Cloud SQL
      • your data in Datastore
      • your Cloud Storage data
      • your monitoring data in Google Cloud’s operations suite
      • your resources in Google Cloud
    • View and manage your data in Cloud Storage
    • View and manage access rights to your data in Cloud Storage
  • Google drive
    • It is required these permissions: /auth/drive.”, “/auth/spreadsheets” and “/auth/spreadsheets.readonly.” Finally, click on “Update.”
    • The purpose of this is to read, edit, delete and view de content of any sheet in google drive

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver and improve the Hyppo platform
• Personalize your experience
• Send important updates and support messages
• Respond to your inquiries
• (Optional) Send marketing communications (with your permission)
• Comply with legal requirements

We won’t share your information with anyone unless:

• We need to for legal reasons
• We use trusted service providers (who keep your information confidential)

Controlling Your Information

You have control over your data! You can:

• Access and update your account information
• Opt out of marketing communications
