What it solves
A lot of operations run inside WhatsApp groups: customers, suppliers, couriers, field teams. They are the real work channel, but they live on a phone and nobody sees them as a whole. You cannot tell which group is active, which one went quiet or what was said last week.
How it works
- Connect the number. You scan a QR code from WhatsApp, like opening WhatsApp Web. The phone keeps working as usual.
- Your groups show up. Sorted by number of messages, with their members and the date of the last message.
- Organize them. Labels, your own name and description, and filters by number, member, label and activity.
- Read and reply. Each group opens in a chat like WhatsApp, with photos, voice notes and documents. You can write from there.
For teams
- Several numbers in the same account.
- Users by invitation, with an owner or member role.
- Sign in with a link sent by email, no passwords.
- An alert when a number disconnects from WhatsApp.
API
Everything you see in the web app is available through the API: numbers, groups, members and messages, with one API key per account. The documentation is public at whisper.hyppo.io/api.
Pricing
We build the plan with each customer around three things: connected numbers, groups active in the month and messages in the month. Reactions do not count.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate phone?
No. whisper connects to the number you already use as a WhatsApp linked device, the same way WhatsApp Web does. The phone stays the primary device: if it goes many days without internet, WhatsApp closes the linked sessions and you scan the QR code again.
What happens if I disconnect a number?
The groups and messages already stored stay in your account. You can reconnect it whenever you want with a new QR code.
Are photos, voice notes and documents stored?
Yes. Files up to 50 MB are stored automatically. Larger ones are downloaded when you ask for them from the chat.
Can I reply from whisper?
Yes. You can write in any group from the web app, and the message goes out from your number, as if you sent it from the phone.
How much does it cost?
