Customer.io Tracker for Tiendanube

Installation

1. From your Tiendanube dashboard, go to My Applications.
2. Search for Customer.io Tracker and install the app.
3. Accept the permissions. You will be redirected to the settings panel automatically.

Settings

Once installed, open the app from your Tiendanube dashboard and complete these fields:

Write Key (required)

This is the key that connects your store to your Customer.io account. To get it:

1. Log in to your account at customer.io.
2. Go to Integrations → Add integration.
3. Choose Sources → JavaScript.
4. Click Save & Complete Later.
5. Open the JavaScript connection you just created.
6. Copy the Write Key.
7. Paste it into the matching field of the app in Tiendanube.

Custom Domain (optional)

Lets tracking calls go through your own domain instead of cdp.customer.io, which keeps some ad blockers from cutting them. Setup: official Customer.io documentation.

Enable Anonymous In-App (optional)

Enables Customer.io in-app messages for anonymous, not yet identified visitors. Details: official Customer.io documentation.
